SYNOPSIS:
Min, a Korean boy, moves to Japan with his father who is a professor. One day at a local shrine, he meets Nanae, a beautiful Japanese girl with stunning eyes who is aspiring to be a painter. Min falls in love at first sight and finds out that Nanae attends the school to which he has just transferred. Their friendship develops fast despite their cultural and language difference. Yet when Min’s grandmother suddenly falls ill, Min hastily returns to Korea without having the time to explain Nanae the situation. ~I saw it’s trailer on ArirangTv’s Showbiz Extra last April 7, 2007. Here’s my statement about my excitement about the movie http://yukihime05.blogdrive.com/archive/137.html. And I did promise to watch it after it’s release in Japan and South Korea, unfortunately I didn’t I just watched it today.

The story is about love between couples who have different nationality which makes them more difficult to understand each other because of language barrier. Min doesn’t understand any single Japanese nor Nanae doesn’t understand any Korean. One of the reason made me interested is the storyline. I was really curious how the movie will go and how Min and Nanae will understand each other because of Language Barrier. The best solution is to BUY A DICTIONARY. The story is just a typical story of two lovers even though it’s just an ordinary love story t’s a big THUMBS UP fo me. You will not be bored from the beginning to the end. As the film goes on you will be more interested about the two lovers and you’ll continue watchng the film. I really love any joint Japanese-Korean series/movies such as Tree of Heaven, that’s also one of my reason of watching this film. Another three reasons of watching this movie:

1. Otoha is one of the cast which made me not to think twice though she has less appearance.
2. I so love Lee Jun Ki.
3. Miyazaki Aoi is one of my favorite actress in Japan.

About the cast. Lee jun ki is so adorable and cute. He still has this look from the series My Girl. The look of a guy who’ll do anything for his love something like that. I love his comedic scenes such as everytime he was called by the Japanese and he doesn’t know anything what they are saying which makes him more stupid and made him more cuter. =) I also love the scene were he jumped from the bridge and didn’t know that the river is shallow, It hurts a lot you know. Miyazaki Aoi, she has this cute, young and innocent look you wouldn’t think that she is married for real. Anyway, she really look different in the movie compared it to Nana the Movie, she has less make up which make her more plain but make her natural beauty show. I really love her acting which looks more natural than other actresses.

The location. I really want to comment about this. The location is SUPERB! Kyoto is my most favorite place in Japan where I dreamed to live someday. I love the locations. The temples and everything. Seoul, I love the stone wall so much. I’ll visit there someday.

Music, I so love the music. It’s so mellow and slow which collaborates with the film. The music also one of the factors that will make you cry.

This is what I am telling you about. He jumped from the bridge because he accidentally dropped Nanae’s painting tools to the river where he didn’t know that the river is shallow.

This two snapshots are my favorites specially the last one were they hugged along the stone wall in Seoul.

Movies can easily made me cry obviously I cried while watching this film. And I can say that this was one of the best Love Story Film I ever watched. I recommend you this film, for people who are inlove and it will made you more inlove and for the single. =)

~Three reasons why I watched this movie… 1. Because I like Hwang jin Yi (not the like like.. sort of interested with Hwang Jin Yi’s life and other kisaengs) 2. I like kisaeng, they amaze me (I’m not thinking to be kisaeng) 3. Song Hye Kyo is the main cast.

I have finished this movie a long time ago just renewing a review.

The movie is boring, no offense. I think people are excited about the movie beause Song Hye Kyo is Hwang Jin Yi. The story of the tv series Hwang Jin Yi starring Ha Ji won has different story from the movie. I love the part where she started to learn the kisaeng way.

Song Hye Kyo, did a great job… She really looks mature in this movie. And she so beautiful specially wearing the black-violet hanbok.

SYNOPSIS

anyway, another superb korean drama… one of the best, where all the genres are combined… Comedy, Romace, Drama.. The drama is well balance where you wouldn’t be bored as you watch the drama.

This drama is so funny that you will cry on laughing especially the part where the cast our dreaming a scene of Gong-chan and Yoo-rin… There’s also a part where you’ll cry because of sadness especially the part where Yoo-rin needs to leave with her father, I really cried, one of the saddest part.

Lee Dae Hee is so great! I love her acting and her expression. She should be the next korean drama princess. Currently she’s my favorite korean actress. Her acting affects every watcher, like me, everytime she laughs you’ll also laugh to death and everytime she cries you’ll also cry. Lee Dong Wook,thumbs up for Lee Dong Wook! He’s great, he acts well and every woman will fell inlove with Seol Gong-chan’s strong attitude. Lee joon-ki, waah! The most beautiful male in korea. Seol Gong-chan’s friend who fell in love with Joo Yoo-rin. He really look like a playboy and also look like a girl specially with those nice cross dangglings. I love Lee Joon-ki more than Lee Dong-wook. Park Si Yeon, nice acting, not bad for a beginner.

I also love the part where Jun-woo’s mother and Gong-chan’s aunt always fight over who’s the best.. Jun-woo or Gong-chan?

In this drama, Lee Dae Hee mentioned Philippines not just once.. YAY!

The weakness of the drama is that the background music didn’t mixed well with some scenes. I mean there is a part where Lee Dae Hee is crying and the song is not mellow but over all the drama is good, the story, the cast.

The last part, I love the last part! Should I spoil it?

4 cast of My Delightful/Sassy Girl Chun Hyang was in the drama… The parents of Myong Rong, Ahn suk-hwan (as Jang Il-do, the artist who’s always with Gong-chan’s grandfather) and Choi Ran (as Bae In-sun, Gong-chan’s aunt) and the special appearance of Han Chae Young and Jae Hee… Han Chae Young as the real granddaughter! And as usual we see them fighting, quarrelling in My Sassy Girl ChoonHyang, also at the end of the drama the quarrel. I also like the part where Ahn suk-hwan and Choi Ran said that they feel that Jae-hee is not a stranger to them… hehehe ofcourse they are the parents of Jae-hee in My Sassy Giel Choon-hyang. Did I mentioned that My Sassy Girl Choon Hyang is my ultimate favorite korean drama? hehe

 ~I’ve just watched JennyJuno… First I thought it was boring… as it goes on… i learned to appreciate the movie XD… 3 words… I LOVE IT!!!!!!!! waaaaaaaaaaah!!!!!!! it’s about 2 15 year old middle highschool lovers… whose one night of romance has dramatic consequences for both their lives. Jenny became pregnant, both decided to keep the baby but kept it secret to their parents. I Love the Wedding part and also the part where Juno fight for Jenny and their baby.

PLOT:
Hana is a bright young girl who lost her father at a young age. When her mother returns to Japan, she comes with her new Korean husband and his son Yoon suh. ~another series… exactly 5:39am i’ve finished Cheongukui Namu [Heaven's Tree/Tree of Heaven]… I think I have posted an entry about it before… i think it was my second entry in this blog… CLICK HERE if you want to see my entry about this drama…

I’ve first fallen in love with this series when i saw Shin Seung Hoon‘s video ¾î¶±ÇÏÁÒ at Pops In Seoul in ArirangTv. I’ve been begging my mother since April 2006 to buy this series. Instead of buying Heaven’s Tree she bought My Lovely Kim Samsoon… errrrrrrrrrr…. anyways… I’ve started watching it in the mid April in youtube and i only watched Episode 1 and 2. Then last week of February 2007 she bought me the series. O Yea! though i never touched it because of the hectic sched [whatever]. Because of boredom i watched it yesterday afternoon starting from Episode 1. Then my father joined me until my mother came and joined. I can’t believe my mom had fallen in love with the series because everytime i watched some kdrama it’s just me and my father. And my mom keep on insisting to continue even though it’s kinda late XD… so there i have finished it at last… what happened? find it by yourself! XD… it made me waste my tears… TT__________TT why? SECRET!!! No SPoilers allowed!! wahahahaa…

I hate the person who put the subtitle on it… Instead of HANA she put HENA… Instead of YOON-SUH she put YUNXI/YINXI… Instead of RYU she put LIU… Instead of MIKA she put MEIJA… and also there’s a disc instead of YUKI she put YOUJI… errrr… Maya only has the correct name there… any ways… wala lang XD…. I recommend you this Kdrama it’s really nice and i love it ^ ^ I also love this because of the combination of Japanese and Korean stars ^ ^ Ok i need to go… tulog na ko!!! OYASUMINASAI MINNA-SAN!!!

SYNOPSIS

~What can I say? The series is superb! I love it.. At first I found it boring and let my friends borrow it even though i haven’t finished it yet. Lesson Learned: *sigh* I should have finished it earlier because my schedule is so hectic that time I have finished it this late.

Anyway back to the topic, like i say the series is superb. Yoon Eun Hye did a great job, her acting improved more. She is once a princess and turned into a Prince, for me acting like a homo will be really hard and she really did a great job portraying it. For Gong Yoo, he’s great! He’s really funny and everything, an ideal man for every woman… Though i really don’t like the ending… They just drank coffee and that’s it.. What can you expect that’s what Korean series are! ^ ^

PLOT SUMMARY:
